Some weekend 'fishing' captured as a trial for a collaborative side project. More practice is on the cards..  keeping the back of my head out of frame while leaning over a table isn't easy.

Early Harvest Magazine

After much anticipation, this Saturday marked the launch the ‘Early Harvest’ publication. An exciting project put together by Pigeons (http://pigeonsprojects.org) and Harvest Magazine (http://harvestmagazine.wordpress.com). The publication hosts imaginative writing by some very talented school children with contributions by some of Australia’s leading children’s authors. Of these I was lucky to have been asked to contibute with illustration submissions for  two pieces of writing. 

Seeing the participating children beaming at the launch yesterday just highlighted how great this project truly is.  An inspiring cause to be checked out.
